etsy giftcards | a giveaway

some of my Etsy favourites as selected late last year / for product details pop over here

I'm a big fan of Etsy; the wonderful online market of homemade and handmade. Just recently, the company launched a range of giftcards - $25, $50, $100 and $250 denominations available - buy online and send via email to the recipient or download a printable voucher.

Etsy are kindly offering a $100 gift voucher to one of my readers - just because.

To enter, just leave a comment explaining what you would spend the voucher on (something for yourself, I'm hoping). Open to readers near and far. Entries close next Thursday 26th February at 10am. I'll announce the winner shortly afterward (unless I'm in labour, and then you'll just have to wait a few days). Best of luck!

Comments closed. The winner is theoilrainbows.com - congratulations! x

  144. What an amazing giveaway and Thank You Jodi for hosting it!

My son's birthday is in late March, so I would love to buy him something fun like a crafts kit or a wooden train, and I'd also love to buy some vintage fabric to make dresses for my baby daughter.

  147. Honestly I spend money on the kids but it's not often is splurge on myself. I'd love to get something to use for storing my yoga mat and blocks in my bedroom. It's simple and function but so necessary when we live in such a small home.

  153. Oh I guess my comment didn't go through the first time :)
My BIRTHDAY is on the 28th so I would love to buy a little something for myself. I was eyeing some handmade pillows to add to a wooden bench we have that needs some softness and color. And maybe a cute little stuffed animal for my little guy who will be transitioning into his big boy bed soon.

  156. A beautiful mid-century inspired console incorporating a modern cat scratch (I know; such a thing actually exists - fabulous; right?) because only a wonderful Etsy creative could make such a seemingly inconsequential thing desirable and beautiful - Plus I love my cats and all furniture things mid century; whats not to love?

  160. I have to buy a first birthday present so I love a hand made toy. Mind you I should make it myself but I am not that talented!

  161. Great giveaway thanks! Soo many treasures to choose from and it would be a tricky decision id enjoy grappling over. I would love to grab a print from Leah Duncan. I've been eyeing up her Village print. A leather strap from the link collective for a furoshiki bag. Or for storing treasures, Id put it towards the gorgeous vega pyramid display box from ABJ glassworks. Something that I would probably never justify buying for myself otherwise!

  163. Like you, I'm awaiting the arrival of my baby (#2) in the next week or so. Unlike you, we're in the midst of a harsh winter here in the northeast US. So a pair of well-made, warm baby booties would be my choice. Also, perhaps some vintage overalls for the little guy. Best of luck to the both of us for a smooth birthing experience!

  165. YAY!
I want to start my own home based business of kids clothes and I would buy hand dyed fabric and yarn to make hats scarves and gloves that are locally sourced, colorful and gypsy inspired. I would make a hat and mitten set for my 1 year old niece Saraphine and share the adorable pictures with everyone. Wishing you a safe and healthy labor and congrats!
