51/52
"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2012."
Che: Lazy afternoons reading in bed. I see so much of Daniel here.
You may have noticed the beautiful "52" button over there to the right. The lovely Rebekka Seale created it for me, and for you. Next Sunday I'll post a few different sizes so, if you are joining in for 2013, you can place it on your sidebar too.
The first 52 for 2013 will be Sunday, January 6th.

Dear Jody, I realize I have been following your blog for over a year and have never saied hi... so hello form a land far away from yours... Colombia. I love your blog and I will do the 52 portrait a week of my girl I don't have a blog but I think I will make it into a book at the end of the year. Thank you for sharing snippets of your life and happy holidays!

I'm excited to be joining in with this project next year! Thankyou for sharing! Xxx
ReplyDeletesuch pretty photos!
ReplyDeleteI stopped keeping a blog so long ago but have been toying with the idea of picking it up again for some time now. I think the crisp newness of January 1 is a good reason and time. My husband and I live far from our families and I know they would love to see a few photo updates of our lives. I like the 52 idea a lot and have loved seeing yours over this past year. I think that button may find a home on my future little space. Can't wait to see all the new things your space has in store for 2013.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, by the way , Jodi. I hope you all have a lovely few days.
My best,
Jo Farmer
Your children are so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful, I can no wait to start up again next year. x
ReplyDeleteAlways such beautiful captures of your two. I have truly enjoyed this series Jodi. It's such a beautiful way to remember to capture those moments before they disappear which they do so quickly. My girls are big now but even so still changing so I might just join in too.x

ReplyDeleteI've just spent hours going through thousands of pictures from the year, making a photo book for the grandparents.Trying to find the best ones takes so long. I think I might join you for 52 next year!

I have loved this series and am delighted that you are continuing on. Your children are beautiful and you capture them looking so peaceful. Please tell me you have crazy moments with them too?! My kids are blurry in most photos as they don't sit still. I dare say all my pics next year for '52' will be either blurry or of sleeping children. Happy christmas Jodi and I look forward to adding that gorgeous button to my blog next year. xx Fi
ReplyDeleteLou's video was just the sweetest thing!
